Returned goods will not be accepted without prior written approval from atlantic hardware llc(we-us). After such approval, we will issue a credit or exchange. Items approved for return must be shipped prepaid at the lowest cost, using the label provided by us. after a thorough investigation, we may issue a credit or replacement upon determining that the returned goods were unsatisfactory, were originally shipped in error, or for any other reason in its discretion. If goods are returned due to no fault or us, a 25 percent handling charge, plus freight, will be assessed on all stock items.
